OK......OK.......OK.......Here's what you have been asking about.......The 1st Juniors Beach Doubles Tournament of the summer at Charlotte Beach!! We have moved from the comfy confines of Hot Shots to the sunny shores of Lake Ontario. Here's everything you need to know.......

What: Juniors Beach Doubles Tournament

When: Saturday, June 14th

Where: Ontario Beach Park.....aka.....Charlotte Beach

Time: 9am Start Time........8:30am Check in

Cost: $15 per player......plus a one time $20 NOVA registration fee

Format: Pool play format followed by single elimination playoffs

Divisions: Junior Boys and Girls

*******Remember the Juniors Division is classified as anyone 20 years of age and under by USA Volleyball.*******

Soooooooo silly to have practice on a Saturday in the middle of June!!! Wouldn't it make more sense to have practice on a Sunday morning rather than Saturday.......so very foolish........

Eden kids are playing a tourney at Cleveland for 14/ 15 and a combo 16/17's team.....other kids have ACT's or something.

Trying to spread the word to get kids to play. See the tourney at Sunset on the 28th....good luck

SO HERE'S THE TEAM BREALDOWN SO FAR..................

Girls.........6 Teams

Boys........5 Teams

It is supposed to be rainy in the morning, but clear up by noonish. For all you newbies to Charlotte Beach, bring some extra clothes for the morning and some sunscreen for the afternoon. It's going to be a great day!!!!

Update......

Girls.......7 teams

Boys......6 teams

There are still spots available. I will be at the beach starting at 8am for registration and check in.........I will see everyone tomorrow.........
