yeah, he is nasty. He came to our open gym last week. The sound of him hitting the ball is unlike any that i've witnessed live. Like he's really mad at the ball and is teaching it a lesson.
There's always good players there. Every year brings new surprises. Matt has seriously elevated his game in the last year. I hope you are right. I would like to see some good matches as i'm battling it out in the "I play once a year and will be sore for a week" BB bracket.
See...the only thing I would want to mention is that it will be, again this year, played on grass.....and I doubt he has played much of his ball on grass. It usually takes players of any caliber a couple of games to adjust.....and then if it rains.....hmmm......A little more adjustment.
There are many great players in this tournament......wish I was going to see it...but it would be too much temptation.......
I agree with Q entirely but it doesn't matter what surface the tournament is held on Matt Anderson will still play some high caliber volleyball so talking smack to potentially one of the greatest up and coming indoor players the U.S has seen in a while is not a great idea.
