Rock On Mendon. Rock On. As an alum I must say that it is great to see you guys beat them in any sport. But for volleyball it is a plus since it's been a while since that happened. Keep kicking butt. Never give up.

Mendon beat sutherland in a real game not in the sutherland tournament. Congrats to sutherland on winning the tournament cuz there were a lot of great teams there and they deserved it. But all i wanna say is watch out sutherland during sectionals cuz mendon is hungry and ready to win. We're not satisfied with just one win. WE want more. Good luck!

Tut is one of the best coaches out there! Mendon won because of Tut. I"ve watched those girls progress a lot throughout the season. Tut knows what he's doing, and gives those girls the motivation they need to play hard!

Nice game to sutherland and good luck in sectionals. I didnt mean anything by saying that my team wanted to win and there is no reason to be rude and immature in response to winning. sorry we wanted to win but we tried our best and i dont think theres anything wrong with that.

Good job Mendon girls in tonightsgame vs. Sutherland. Everyone on the team played with heart and i was proud of every player on the court. The only team that was cocky was Sutherland when they went into the second league game vs. Mendon thinking they would destroy us. Only to lose horribly in the fifth game to a team where no one plays club. We'll good luck to Sutherland in sectionals. GREAT season mendon!!!

ShSPlaya, you are being very rude! Mendon played their hardest, and maybe they didn't come out the winners, they knew how to have fun and play with heart! And no, nobody on the Mendon team plays club!!
I'm disappointed...i always had respect for your team, and now you come on here and ruined it. Mendon wanted to win, whether that came off as being "overconfident" doesn't matter! Gosh, if you think that trying to play your hardest and trying to get "pumped" up for the game is being COCKY...then, you got it all wrong! What you said was rude and just plan stupid... I would congratulate you on your win, but as far as i'm concerned.. you don't deserve it...

no, i deleted them b/c mendons reaction made me feel bad... nothing that i said was that rude, it's just a sensative subject to everyone and i understand that. And yes that quote is on the website, check under all the other topics(if you want to bet your life savings...). I'm sorry to mendon, i didn't know it was goin to be so sensative, your team did play well and has definatly improved. good season

thank you for deleting your message, shsplaya. I think the statement "Mendon will beat Sutherland" was only as a reaction towards what somebody else said about Sutherland winning over Mendon, and as a message to her team. This topic is a sensative subject, because the Mendon and Sutherland vball teams are both very competitive with eachother. It was a great game, and as disappoining as it was to lose, Mendon played a great season!

everyone needs to chill out. both teams played hard; you win some you lose some, and each has experienced that throughout the season. good luck to sutherland, however true athletes are those who accept their win (or loss) with honor...

Doesn't sound like someone who grew up in Pittsford....there is more on the line than just a game....this is bragging rights....these kids have to see each other at Wegmans....on Schoen place...or at the Y.....they probably went to the middle school together.......this is more than a game......no chillin' out here.....
