Hello all.
Southtowns will be holding there tryouts this coming sunday
11/16 at Hamburg High school 12-12:30 meeting (tryout till 2:30)
11/19 at hamburg middle school 7:15-9:15
11/23 at Hamburg High school 12-2:00
ages are for 18,17,16,15
$20 tryout fee for the three tryouts made out to Southtowns Volleyball Club
must have weva registratoin papers handed in to be in the gym.
Go to www.wevavolleyball.org click on registration and print out the 2 icons at the end of the process.
Do not pay WEVA directly. That will be taken care of after team selection has occured.
Sunday will be a little more casual as I am trying to see who is who b/c I probably won't know everyone and I want to evaluate talent over more than one tyout in case a player is "rusty"
NO WEVA PAPERS, NO TRYOUTS UNTIL THEY ARE HANDED IN.
If you miss a tryout because of this, it will not be held against you, but you will be denied admittance into the gym.
Also, the gym will be closed to parents b/c it is only open to coaches/chaperones/adult reps who have fully registered with usa volleyball and have been background checked. SORRY ABOUT THIS, but these are the rules and we need to adhere to them. These are the rules we must follow as per our insurance carriers guidelines. It is nothing personal.
We will see all interested players on Sunday.
Do not forget your papers!
