Hey Everyone,
To help celebrate the spring meltdown, Midlakes Volleyball will be hosting its 12th Annual Midlakes Meltdown Volleyball Tournament on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at Midlakes High School.

Midlakes Meltdown Volleyball Tournament
Purpose: To raise funds for the annual Jason Owens’ Memorial Scholarship and to have some good old volleyball fun.
Type of Tourney: CO-ED- one player of opposite sex required
(May use person of opposite sex as a libero)
Team Divisions:
INTERMEDIATE - looking to get a few good swings (men’s net height)
COMPETITIVE - looking to cause others some pain (men’s net height)
(Our goal is to have 8-10 teams in each division for pool play and then play-offs)
“Last year we had 15 teams participate in the tourney. We played from 10AM to 6PM and had a great time. I hope you will make the trip to beautiful Midlakes and join us.”

Prizes: won’t know unless you come and play
Date: Saturday, April 18, 2009
Time: 9AM to 6ish (depends on the number of teams)
Format: pool-play then play-offs
Where: Midlakes HS and MS, corner of Rte 488 and Rte 96
Cost: $20 a player, at least 6 players on a team required
Food: There will either be concessions or a food table to eat from for a donation.
We will be taking entries until Thursday, April 16, 2009
