It's BAAAAAAAAAACK!!! The 1st Juniors Beach 2s Tournament at Charlotte Beach is this Sunday, June 14th. As usual, here is all the info you need to spend a great day at the beach......

When: Sunday, June 14th (Duh!!)

Time: 9am start time, 8:30am check in (get there early!)

Where: Charlotte Beach @ Ontario Beach Park (same old place)

Format: Pool Play followed by single elimination playoffs (everyone
makes playoffs)

Wow!! This tournament is going to be insane!!! There already is a record 54 registered teams for Sunday. So if you are waiting to sign up at the last minute you better hurry, I don't want anyone to get closed out.

17 Boys teams so far.....

37 Girls teams so far....

Oh, by the way, the weather for Sunday says 80 degrees and Sunny! Make sure you bring your sunscreen.

HAHAHA!!!! I'm not sure if that's a serious request for directions or a wonderful decription of years past at Charlotte Beach......

However, if you are serious about needing directions, here is the address for Charlotte Beach......Ontario Beach Park, Rochester, NY, 14612

Remember, tournaments are held at the permanent wood posts at the EAST END of the beach.

It was an amazing day at Charlotte Beach. The weather was perfect. There was great competition from the first point of pool play to the final point of the championship matches. What a great way to spend a beautiful Sunday in Rochester.

I would like to THANK everyone that made today such an outstanding event!! The official results will be posted on this thread tomorrow.

Priority #1 is Nationals Indoor for most all those junior players at this point....but man isn't the beach a blast.

Slight breeze, 76 degrees, sunny, nice sand, boardwalk, and a beautiful park for shade and cookouts. What a great first impression for many of the juniors out there. I know my two can't wait to play again.

Great Show NOVA people. Thanks for organizing it.
Looks like the next one is June 28th.....a day(s) before most all the guys/girls leave for Nationals.....hope to swing it.

Congrats to
Pat Schwagler/Tom Comfort- Gold Champion 20 under
Heather Feldman/Hailey Herc - Gold Champion 20 under.

Also CJ told me the July 8th Tourney at Sunset Beach South of Buffalo will most likely include juniors too. FYI

I believe that tourney is August 8, not July 8.
