Here is another opportunity for anyone 18 & over to play. There is no gender restrictions or roster restrictions, just know it will be on a men's height net. Everyone guaranteed 4 matches, 3 in pool play and at least 1 playoff match. Gold/Silver brackets made after pool-play.
4v4 Hardcourt tournament

Where: Voller Athletic Center: 2301 Westside Drive, Rochester NY, 14624
When: Saturday, March 27th 2010 from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m. (doors open at 9:15)
Cost: $100 per team (benefits go to Roberts Wesleyan College girls volleyball)
-Limited to 16 teams: 4 team pools
-Email rosters with first and last names of each player to [email protected] before March 10th 2010. Once payment is received teams will be entered into pool play.
-Make checks payable to Roberts Wesleyan College (memo: Raider Athletics)

| 13 teams came out to play this past Saturday. All teams played at least 4 matches (those in the four team pool), most played at least 5 (those in the 3 team pools). All teams made playoffs (8 Gold/5 Silver). It ran smoothly and was done by 5:00 (10:00 start). We plan to hold more in the future, and would like to fill up all four courts and get 16 total. Thanks to the teams that came and supported us. The response was very positive. |
