Players, Parents, and Friends,
After much deliberation and thought, Megan and I have decided to start our own club. Starting this fall, we will be the proud parents of Paradigm Volleyball. Though this idea has only started to become a true reality recently, we feel that we have put enough thought and effort into producing a facility and environment where young women can develop strong skill sets, learn the intricacies of the game, and enjoy the sport in which they love.
Because we want to maintain effective coaching for each individual player, and ensure each gets everything she can from the experience, we have decided to only hold one team at the 18’s level and one team at the 16’s level. Each team will have an experienced head coach and an experienced assistant coach. We have also been fortunate enough to have volunteers offer to help each team on a part-time basis.
We are aware that there are a plethora of questions, comments, and concerns regarding this new club, and we are willing to meet each of them head-on. As most of the questions will be similar, we have scheduled an informational meeting for Thursday, September 2nd at 7pm at Mercy High School to address the breakdown of cost, coaches, number of players per team, try-outs, practice/tournament schedule, out of gym workouts, and any other inquiries. This meeting is open to anyone, players and parents alike, with an interest in learning more about Paradigm Volleyball.
As we move forward with this dream of ours, we are hopeful of your support in what will prove to be a memorable and rewarding experience.

Sounds exciting, CJ. Good luck to you and Megan. Hey, anybody who uses words like paradigm and plethora must know his stuff. I used to coaches like Glover who only speak in single syllables |

Of course, you are right, Matt. CJ could never write that. And I include myself in those single syllable coach types, especially the 4-letter kind. |
