The 2011 DIII National Champion Men’s Volleyball team from Nazareth College will take on #11 Nationally ranked Medaille College in a match on:
Friday, February 17, 2012 at 7:00pm in the Midlakes High School Gym. Warm-ups will start at 6:00pm.
This match will be a homecoming for Midlakes Alumni, Dan Mowery and EJ Wells-Spicer, who are starters for Nazareth College as well as their high school teammate, Erin Kelly, who starts for Medaille College. The trio returns to Midlakes to play in a benefit match to help raise money for their former Midlakes teammate, David Crouch, and David’s family.
David tragically passed away in a farming accident on his family farm not very long after his graduation. Now in the past months, David’s father, John Crouch, has been diagnosed and started treatment for cancer of the blood. All proceeds from admissions and other fundraisers on site will go to aide the Crouch family in their time of need.
Admissions: $5 for Adults, $3 for Students, and $15 max for a family (2 adults with 2 or more kids)
