Victor will be hosting its’ 13th Annual Boys Volleyball Tournament at Victor High School on Saturday, September 21, 2013 Section 5 has not scheduled any games this day so there should be more teams! We are looking to host at least 16 teams. (We have five gyms on one campus) The cost of the tournament will be $225.00. Checks made out to: Victor Boys Volleyball
We ask that you DO NOT bring a voucher. We would like payment before the tournament. This makes things much easier on both the officials and the Victor Athletic Department.
RULES: (Subject to change depending on # of teams)
1. All pool play games will be played to 25 points, no cap 2. Teams will get a 6 minute non shared warm up before their first match. All warm ups will be 3 minutes non-shared the first match. 3. The libero may serve
Playoffs: Seeding for playoffs will be determined in the following manner: 1. Best Record 2. Points against in pool play 3. Coin Toss 4. Tiebreakers: 1. Head to Head 2. Head to Head points against 3. Total points against in pool 4. Coin Toss
Playoffs: (Subject to change depending on the # of teams) The 1st & 2nd place teams out of each pool advance to the Gold Medal Round. All games in the medal rounds are to 25 points best 2/3. The 3rd place teams advance to the Silver medal round. The remaining teams will advance to the Bronze medal round.
Prizes: (Subject to change depending on the # of teams) Trophies awarded to the top 2 teams in the Gold Division, Top team in the Silver and Bronze Division. Six All tournament team members and MVP from the Gold Division.
