Okay, its been a week, what's the status of Eden's Henry for States?

I'm wondering the same thing, I actually E-mail raider1, I think he's the Eden Coach, but no response has been received? It didn't look that bad, she was limping slightly, but who knows?

Thanks for asking. Heather started practicing full bore on Wed. Actually, we're nursing two injuries, but Heather's injury was deceiving. She waived off the trainer when game 1 began, but it became really apparent early on that it was a no go.

We'll be ready.

Pine Bush will be without their outstanding setter Megan Maisonet who had an emergency appendectomy on Monday. Although "Maise" as she is known is devastated it is important for her to remember that leading a team to the Final Four is a tremendous accomplishment for any setter, let alone a sophmore. Maise had 52 assists against Horseheads 12 hours before her appendix gave out.

Pine Bush will replace Maise with a freshman Adriana Mallory who came up halfway through the season and played right side. The backup setter is a junior who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis and was also in the hospital this week. The team is determined to play even harder to honor their missing floor leader, teammate and friend.

Let's all give our support and recognition to all the girls who played and trained so diligently throughout the entire year only to have their seasons end too soon or be limited by injuries or illnesses.

We all look forward to witnessing your triumphant returns during club season and/or next years scholastic season.

Looks like it could very well be Section V and Section VI sending representatives to all five state final matches tomorrow. Great showing for Upstate NY.
Congratulations to all of the teams making the the State Tournament. What an accomplishment, whatever the results!!
