Just like Q, noone really knows who he really is. We all just pretend so we can sound cool on this site. "Who's Q" shirts return.

Queen of Spades, I am not saying that you aren't getting a free education out of playing in college, that is great. I am saying that the awards that you win in college don't mean a whole lot more than the awards you win in high school. They are still for your own benefits. They don't really do a lot for you in the scheme of life. Being an assistant coach most likely won't make you much money unless you go somewhere where volleyball is of great importance. The point I was trying to make was that OH13 is a great player, and by putting him down, made you sound rude. I understand that is not what you meant, but comments can still hurt others. I happen to know OH13 personally, and he has improved quite a but from his earlier years. He will admit that he was not a dominant player his sophomore year. He worked hard and became an MVP. The point of my statement was to tell you to watch what you say, make sure you aren't putting others down. And if you want some great non-club players check out Matt Best, Joel Cortes, Hilary Dank, Sam Carr, etc. I am not saying that club isn't a great way to improve yourself, but some people play other sports and are good without it. Good luck to everyone this season, and let's try to have more positive conversation on this site instead of everyone putting everyone else down.

hahah...heres my picks of queenofspades true identity; 1. some winter girls player who absolutely sucks and just likes to talk a lot of crap with nothing to back it up 2. ditto 3. ditto
finally, quit making comments like "some little team will come out of nowhere and kick fairports ass." im sorry, but its pathetic, at least have some skill to boast like you know what your talking about on this site.
SCmiddle, i know you man...and i also know why you think fairport will win...when are these other people going to finally learn? hows umm...you know.

Well, the "quote" button didn't work right, but Bobs--you can't be too hard on Queen. That's OH13(whom I respect) above putting out a little unprovoked "flame." Most people would react strongly to that. Agreed, though--let's keep it civil.

Nice try, Davenport was a converted TENNIS player, and I have not fully converted yet. Only in public.

its getting very personal here! I just add my opinion on this not playing club thing...I think club is important in getting your name out to other places. I think its much more competitive than highschool will ever be, even with rivalrys. Personally, I think it is really fun to play with people that are so passionate about the game, and want to play with some of the best players around. I agree with Bobs that there are some good players that exist without club, but whos to say that totally defeats the purpose of club, or takes away from the quality of the players? Highschool is fun, but club is big competition. But that is my opinion...

Quite the contrary. Using my superior powers of deduction, I have concluded that it was...the butler!
